These settings control how your agent handles calls in different scenarios. You can adjust most of them in the Agent Settings or Campaign Settings, depending on your setup.
Voicemail detection
The agent automatically detects and ends calls when an automated voicemail is detected, helping avoid unnecessary call charges.
Human-recorded messages are harder to detect and may still be billed as a full call.
How many calls can the agent handle at the same time?
Kollie supports unlimited concurrent inbound and outbound calls, meaning no waiting queues for your agents. This is ideal for high-volume campaigns or 24/7 support lines.
When does the agent end a call?
By default, the agent waits for the caller to hang up unless you set scripted logic to end calls earlier. This can be useful for:
- Ending a call after a specific workflow is completed.
- Avoiding unnecessary small talk that increases call costs.
Learn how to define the ending in How to build your AI phone agent.
Working hours and quiet time
Available in Premium plans: lets you restrict calling to specific hours. Perfect for respecting time zones and avoiding early-morning or late-night calls (for example, blocking calls before 8:00 AM).
