Connect your HubSpot account

Kollie AI integrates directly with HubSpot CRM, letting you automatically log calls, update contacts, and even run automated outbound call workflows.

Connecting HubSpot

To integrate your HubSpot account with Kollie AI, follow these steps:

1. Open the Kollie AI dashboard. Log in to your Kollie AI account.

2. Navigate to Integrations. From the left-hand sidebar, click Integrations.

3. Connect to HubSpot.

   • Select HubSpot from the list of integrations.

   • Click Connect and follow the authorization prompt to sign in to your HubSpot account.

   Important: you must be a HubSpot admin and be logged in with the same email address in Kollie.

4. Configure contact mapping. After successful authorization, you'll be prompted to define how Kollie identifies contacts in your HubSpot CRM.

   • Phone number (required): always used to match the caller with an existing contact.
   • Optional additional fields:
     • Email address
     • Customer ID
     • Membership ID
     • Any other custom property defined in your HubSpot account

5. Save your configuration. Once you've selected your mapping fields, click Update. Kollie AI will now use these settings for all future calls.

Note: additional contact mapping fields help ensure accurate contact matching if a phone number is shared between contacts.
