Forward calls from Aircall
Step-by-step: forward calls from Aircall to your Kollie AI agent with a Smartflow.

To forward calls from Aircall to your Kollie AI agent:
- Log in to your Aircall dashboard.
- Go to Smartflows.
- Click Create new Smartflow.
- Select Start from scratch.
- Add a module → Ring to.
- Choose External number and enter the phone number assigned to your Kollie agent.
- Click Publish to activate the Smartflow.
Remember to pass the original caller ID. See Forward calls from your VoIP provider.
