If your CRM isn't receiving data from Kollie, it's often due to connection settings, authentication issues or limitations within the CRM platform. Follow these steps to troubleshoot and restore syncing.
General checks
- Verify trigger setup and authentication in Make (Integromat) or Zapier.
- Ensure API key connections are still valid (re-authenticate if needed).
- Confirm that the mapping between Kollie fields and CRM fields is correct.
If you're using HubSpot
- Make sure the Kollie app is available under your current HubSpot subscription tier.
- Double-check that the app is properly connected and authorized in your HubSpot account settings.
- Review workflow automation in HubSpot to ensure new data is being captured and assigned correctly.
If the connection seems fine but syncing still fails, try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration. This refreshes API tokens and often resolves hidden authentication issues.
