Personalized calls via automation
You can automate calls to a list of contacts from a CRM, Excel sheet or any database using Make (Integromat).
- Use the Search records module (for example from Data Store, Airtable or your CRM) to retrieve contact information such as name, address or order details.
- Map these fields into Kollie's Initiate outbound phone call module.
Dynamic prompt personalization
Add dynamic fields using curly braces in the agent's prompt:
Hello {name}, I'm calling about your order to {address}…
Kollie replaces these with real data at call time. Learn more about placeholders in How to build your AI phone agent (section 5.6).
Data extraction during calls
If the caller provides new information (like a new address), you can extract it using the Extract Information skill. Extracted data can be routed to CRMs, Google Sheets and other tools, for example with a Post Call API request.
