Start from a ready-made agent template
Start from a pre-built agent template for your industry and customize it, instead of writing every field from scratch.

You can also choose from a library of templated agents, pre-built for specific industries like:
- Automotive dealerships

- And many more, including debt collection, driving schools, fitness studios, real estate, sales coaching, technical service and solar.
When you create an agent, Kollie asks "In which industry do you work?". Pick the closest match and click Use template.
Templates come pre-filled with relevant goals, knowledge prompts, sample dialogues and summary logic, which you can customize further based on your use case. This helps you go live faster, without needing to write everything from scratch.
Important: Treat every pre-filled field in a template as a draft someone wrote for a different business. Templates are a fast start, not a finished agent, and their Main Objective text often contains instructions the platform already handles.
