Start calls from HubSpot workflows

Kollie provides an app in the HubSpot Marketplace that lets you trigger AI-powered calls directly from HubSpot workflows.

Setup steps

1. Install the Kollie AI app in HubSpot.
2. Create a workflow in HubSpot.
3. Add the Kollie AI module → Make a phone call.
4. In the module, pass parameters:
   • Agent ID (required: copy this from your agent in Kollie)
   • Phone number (optional)
   • Name (optional)
   • Email (optional)
5. On the agent in Kollie, make sure the HubSpot sync skill is enabled so call logs and extracted information sync back to HubSpot. See Send call data to HubSpot.

Personalization with prompt parameters

Currently, you can pass phone number, name and email into the call.

• This allows the agent to greet the customer by name and confirm details during the conversation.
• Example prompt:

Hi {{name}}, I just wanted to confirm your email is {{email}} and your phone number is {{phone}}.

Benefits

• Automated call logging in HubSpot (call summary, outcome, transcript link).
• No duplicate contacts: calls are matched by your chosen contact property.
• Personalized calls: agents can greet customers by name and confirm details (name, email, phone).
